Molly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics and hormone replacement care. Molly graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado, earning a Master of Science in nursing. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. Molly is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Texas Nurse Practitioners’ Association. Prior to joining The Aesthetics Society, her experience includes: aesthetic medicine, hormone replacement care, surgical and emergency nursing, and internal medicine.

With 17 years of medical experience and 6 years as a skilled nurse injector, Liz brings a deep understanding of advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, cannula techniques, biostimulators, and dermal fillers. Her passion for skincare extends to all skin types, ensuring tailored, results-driven care for each patient. In addition to her clinical expertise and ER experience, she studies trauma therapy, which enriches her compassionate approach to addressing the psycho-emotional aspects of patient care, fostering both physical and emotional well-being in the patient's journey.

Kaitlyn Layman DNP, FNP-BC

Kaitlyn is a board certified nurse practitioner with 8 years of experience. Her nursing background is in the neonatal intensive care unit and pediatrics, before she transitioned to aesthetics 2.5 years ago. Her background in pediatrics gives her immense attention to detail, patient safety, and a gentle touch. Her favorite treatments include Sculptra and full facial balancing. She prides herself on undetectable injectables and natural looking results. She has attended several cadaver courses and is consistently attending trainings to perfect her craft as an injector. In her spare time, she loves reading and working out. She is married to her husband Brian, of 7 years and has 2 littles, Carter (5) and Harper (2).

Hi Everyone! I want to take a moment to introduce myself. I'm Irene, I’m a nurse and esthetician with a life long passion for skin health and all things beauty. I started my career in aesthetics 24 years ago as an esthetician and the last 10 as a nurse injector. I have been very fortunate in my career to work under the supervision of an incredible plastic surgeon. I am a forever student and believe continued education is key to delivering beautiful, impactful and natural results. 

I'm also a Trainer and absolutely love to teach and connect with other nurses.  This industry can be difficult to navigate. My hope is to bring you confidence in yourself, your skill set and help you reach your goals.
